Delivery information

• Once your order is placed, we will endeavour to process your order as quick as possible.

• You will receive a confirmation of your order with an approximate lead-time. We will contact you to arrange a delivery date and discuss any special delivery instructions. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and contact information.

• We currently only deliver large items purchased from our showroom within 25 mile radius for furniture orders. Please contact us to inquire if you live a bit further away. • Large items such as lighting and furniture which required to be palletised will be subjected to a surcharge of £40.00• *Beds and mattresses will be subject to a delivery charge/surcharge which we will contact you based on the the product/your location for delivery.

• All in-stock online orders can be returned within 14 days. You must express your intention to return your purchase within the 14 days period in writing to sales@fabcoltd.co.uk. We regret that made-order products, or batch wallpaper, are not returnable as they are made to your specifications. See our returns page for more details.

Non-returnable items

These include:

•Bespoke or Made-to-Order products (including all made to order lighting, furniture, bespoke murals and any items made to your specific requirements), lamp shades, bed runners & cushions, Light Bulbs, Wallpaper / Wall coverings, Reed Diffusers & Candles. Light Shades cannot be returned if their cellophane protection has been removed. We do not offer a Credit Note / Exchange or Refund on the above item(s).We are unable to accept returns for wallpaper, so please ensure that the correct amount is ordered. If in doubt, check with your decorators.

Faults & Shortages

Customers must inspect all products upon delivery and report any faults or shortages within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@fabcoltd.co.uk. This includes missing parts, damaged glass, and general flaws. After this 48-hour period, we cannot accept responsibility for any faults or shortages.

Wallpaper & Wall Coverings

• Inspection Before Installation: Customers must inspect all wallpaper rolls and wall coverings before installation to ensure there are no visible defects. Any issues must be reported immediately upon discovery.
• Liability for Installation: If a contractor proceeds with hanging the wallpaper, it will be deemed as accepted, and all liability transfers to the customer or contractor.
• No Compensation for Installation Costs: Fabco Interiors will not be liable for any costs incurred, including but not limited to:No Returns After Installation: Once wallpaper has been applied, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, even if a fault is later discovered.

  • Loss of earnings or project delays

Lighting

• Cosmetic & Electrical Faults: Any cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or glass breakage) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Electrical Faults: Lighting products are covered by a 1-year guarantee for electrical faults. Any issues related to functionality should be reported within the warranty period.
• Installation Considerations: Once lighting has been wired, fitted, or installed, it is non-returnable. We strongly recommend checking the product fully before installation.

General Liability Exclusions

Fabco Interiors accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Labour or contractor costs
• Redecoration expenses
• Loss of earnings or inconvenience
• Any costs incurred due to delays in installation or project completion

By placing an order with Fabco Interiors, customers agree to these terms and conditions regarding faults, shortages, and liability exclusions.

• You must notify us of any damages within 24 hours of receiving of your good by email, we MUST have images of any visibly damaged packaging, email to sales@fabcoltd.co.uk. Our team will endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours after of receipt of your email.

• You will be responsible for the return postage and return the item in its original unused condition and original packaging. Please ensure that you want to keep the item before assembling them. We won't be able to accept any returns once you have part assembled them unless they are faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours should you discover and faults with the product.

• Special order or made to order items are none-returnable as they are made to your specifications unless they are faulty.

Returns & Cancellation Policy - Fabco Interiors

For online order, you have the liberty to cancel within 14 days from the receipt. Returned items must be in an unused, in its original packaging & resalable state (please do not write on the box) , and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Faulty Items:

If you come across an issue with your purchase, please get in touch with us immediately. We will endeavour to try and resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Special Orders Made to Your Specification:

Customised furniture orders, whether made in-store or online, cannot be cancelled due to their unique nature.

Cancellation Charges for Goods Received After 14 Days:

Cancellations made within 14 days of receiving goods entitle you to a complete refund once you have we have received the item back and our team will inspect to make sure that the problem is in its original packaging, un-used and it is a resalable condition. Requests for refunds after this period might incur a minimum 30% restocking and administrative fee, with occasional exceptions.
