For online order, you have the liberty to cancel within 14 days from the receipt. Returned items must be in an unused, in its original packaging & resalable state (please do not write on the box) , and shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Customised furniture orders, whether made in-store or online, cannot be cancelled due to their unique nature.
Cancellation Charges for Goods Received After 14 Days:
Cancellations made within 14 days of receiving goods entitle you to a complete refund once you have we have received the item back and our team will inspect to make sure that the problem is in its original packaging, un-used and it is a resalable condition. Requests for refunds after this period might incur a minimum 30% restocking and administrative fee, with occasional exceptions.
